BBTchart will give you a clear and concise way to chart your basal body temperature (BBT) and other fertility signs. It is specially designed for women who are trying to get pregnant and want to better understand their menstrual cycles. We now have it available in several forms:

• BBTchart Spreadsheet for Excel 5 or Later -- This is the most powerful chart with several macros for creating new pages, plotting your temperature graph, etc. The chart is easily customizable. Available in long and short versions and in Fahrenheit and Celsius. BBTchart is designed for Microsoft Excel 5.0, but works under fully compatible spreadsheet programs in Windows 3.x, Windows 95, Windows NT, OS2 and Mac environments. • BBTchart Spreadsheet for Excel 4 (also Microsoft Works, Lotus and any other program that will import *.xls files) -- This is strippy version that doesn't have the macros, but still allows you to keep the bulk of your chart on computer to print out neatly. Available in long and short versions and in Fahrenheit and Celsius.

• BBTchart PDFs -- This requires Adobe Acrobat^tm Reader. This is the best download method for those who don't have Excel and wish to print the chart to fill out by hand. There's a link on the download page to get the Acrobat Reader for free.

• BBTchart GIFs -- Each of the charts is available as a GIF so you can print it from your web browser, or save to disk and print, then fill out by hand. These don't print as well as downloading the spreadsheet or the Acrobat file, but you don't need any software to able to use it.
